Important: The Princep website is for informational purposes and to request samples/quotes or contact sales.No datasets are delivered, provisioned, or downloadable through the website.Any dataset purchase, access, delivery, and usage rights are governed by a separate written agreement signed between you and Princep.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Princep website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Princep Pte. Ltd. (“Princep,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company based inSingapore.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. No online sale or delivery of datasets

The Site may describe datasets, quality tiers, specifications, or pricing concepts. This information is provided for convenience and does not constitute an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Any dataset access, delivery, and licensing is subject to a separate written agreement (e.g., a data license agreement, order form, or master agreement) signed by both parties.

4. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful business purposes, such as learning about Princep offerings and contacting us.

4.1 Prohibited activities

  • Accessing or using the Site in a way that violates law or infringes rights.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content or data from the Site using automated means (except standard search engine indexing).
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or networks.
  • Uploading malware, attempting denial-of-service, or interfering with Site operation.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCEP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCEP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEEDSGD 100.

Note: Dataset licensing, delivery, indemnities, warranties, and commercial terms are governed solely by the separate written agreement signed between you and Princep.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Princep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
